ABOUT

          Trisha Brockhurst is an experienced safety leader with 15 years of effective safety mentorship in the Oil&Gas, Mining, Civil Construction and Manufacturing industries. She has successfully directed daily HSE regulatory and contractual commitments of new maintenance contracts to include partnership  with 30-300 project team members to include the coordination of a diverse team of sub-contractors with varying job scopes.

          With proven mentorship skills she has trained and developed the skills of field employees on the job site, improved their skills through individual and group HSE improvement exercises/training sessions. She has mentored, coached, and honed the skills of senior and middle managers throughout the entire organization.

          Trisha holds a strong belief that Safety Leadership is the process of positive interactions between leaders and followers.  Through these interactions leaders can exert their influence on followers to achieve organizational safety goals.
